James
Jim grew  up in Auburn, Ohio and graduated from Kenston.  He was drafted into the Army in the 1960's and has gained so many skills from his service to our country.  He was married to Linda for 51 years and they have a daugthter Lindsay, son-in-law Shaun, and 2 granddaughters; Charlotte and Josephine.  Jim has lived in Chagrin Falls and been a business owner for over 45 years including owning The Poporn Shop in Chagrin for over 25 years.  He is a pet owner having owned dogs and cats for most of his life.  Jim founded Reliable Pet Sitting in October 2006.

Shaun and Lindsay
Shaun and Lindsay met at Ohio University and have two children Charlotte and Josephine.  Shaun was an educator for 6 years before joining Jim in the pet sitting and has been pet sitting since 2007.  In 2011, Shaun and Lindsay partnered with Jim in the business and run the day to day operations.  Lindsay had worked for the Cleveland Clinic in various healthcare financial roles before joining the pet sitting team and being a stay home mom. 


Robert
Bob is Shaun’s brother and joined the business in February 2011.  He has a degree from Ohio University in Video Production and writes in his spare time.   He has a dog named Buffy and two cats, River and Phoenix.


Beth
After a degree from Case Western Reserve University in anthropology, Beth raised her son and earned a certificate in accounting and worked as an accountant for many years.  She was also a jeweler for over a decade.  She recently received a certificate from Lakeland Community College in their Veterinary Assistant Program.  Her love for animals has led her to the decision to dedicate the rest of her life to caring for them.  Through pet sitting, volunteering and educational training, she has cared for everything from hamsters to Holsteins.  She lives in Russell with husband Jim and their cats, KooKoo and Kittis, and their backyard birds.  She looks forward to caring for your pets.


Brooke
Brooke has been a long time resident of Novelty and  has been doing pet sitting for several families for the last 15 years.  She has a degree from in Biology from Albion College and has a love of caring for pets.  She has also worked for AmeriCorps, Patterson’s Fruit Farm and Holden Arboretum. Recently she became certified in Pet First Aid and CPR.  Brooke is a very hard working and honest person and we are so glad to have her working with us. She is looking forward to starting an online degree in Biomimicry with Arizona State University!


Leslie
Leslie graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1984. Since then she has had a wide range of art related and care providing employment, from working as a security guard at the Cleveland Museum of Art to more recently working eleven years as a nanny for two boys. She currently resides in Mayfield Heights with her husband, teenage daughter, cat and two adorable Puggles.


Rebekah
Rebekah worked with us in the Summer of 2014 and summer of 2015 then reunited with us October 2016 after she graduated from grad school. Rebekah has a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University in Environmental Science with a minor in philosophy, bible and history.  She has even studied abroad to the United Kingdom! She has worked as a Botany Field Assistant at the Clevelan
d Museum of Natural History doing fundraising, Garden and Herbarium upkeep, plant specimen mounting and seed library coordinator.  During other work experience she has been a shelver at the library, camp counselor, vacation bible school teacher and as a Teaching Intern at the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park working with 4th-10th graders about nature and environmental stewardship. In addition to her own pets, she has cared for animals for friends and family and as a volunteer at the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center and as an intern at the Basket of Life Farm.  Working for Reliable will be part time for Rebekah as she earns money for grad school.  We truly are lucky to have her on our team!



Audra
Growing up in NYC, Audra moved to the Cleveland area for High School.  With a degree in Sign Language Interpretation,  she has lived and worked in Chicago, NY, Arizona, and San Francisco, and has recently returned to the area with her wife and twin boys.  Since college she had Oaggie D., a Chow-Chow/Shiba Inu mix and most recently adopted a medical needs English Pointer named Roxy, who with a lot of love, care, and meds, was able to live out the end of her life happily.  With a genuine passion for dogs, she is happy to share her compassion with you.



Kirsty
Born in England, Kirsty moved to Cleveland in the summer of 2014, where she got married and now lives with her menagerie of animals. These include: two cats - Ash and Tuna, two dogs - Riley, a Boxer and Liv, a Beagle mix, four lizards and lots of fish. Kirsty works part-time at Pet Supplies Plus in Lyndhurst, where some of you might know her from.  An animal lover her whole life, she looks forward to meeting your pets and caring for them as if they were her own.

Requirements for Employment include clean background check, reliable vehicle and cell phone, postivie attitude, previous pet experience, physically capable of walking several miles per day and live within our service area.

Hours are flexible but we are a 24/7/365 service with rotating holiday requirments.  We also provide ours services like the postal service: rain, sleet, snow or sun.
